Role Purpose

To support the retail sales team in delivering an efficient and positive client experience by assisting with store preparation, merchandise movement, visual presentation and day-to-day retail service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the retail team in delivering an optimal client experience.
• Prepare and maintain fitting rooms between clients.
• Prepare new items and deliveries for display on the shop floor.
• Assist with labelling and organising merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising activities.
• Maintain the overall ambience and presentation of the store.
• Ensure service stations are adequately stocked.
• Transport merchandise between inventory and the shop floor as required.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and communicate them to the appropriate sales associate.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support efficient customer service.
• Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries and unsafe working conditions to the Retail Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
• 1–2 years' experience in a similar retail or customer-service support role.
• No specific technical skills required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
• Strong organisation, planning and coordination skills.
